Principal / Senior Project Manager – Daniel W. Larson, P.E.
Dan has over 25 years of experience in Consulting, Land Development, and Environmental Engineering. Throughout his career, he has designed, engineered, and managed a wide variety of projects in the civil engineering and transportation fields.
After gaining experience throughout Idaho and southwest Washington, he returned to North Idaho in 2008 and with former colleagues, formed D2G INC, now Dba 7B Engineering. Previously, he was the Principle Engineer and co-owner of Sterling Design, Inc., an Engineering firm still in operation in Vancouver, Washington.
He has a B.S. degree in Engineering from Walla Walla University and currently holds licenses in Idaho and Washington. He has worked in the greater Portland-Metro area of Oregon, Clark and Cowlitz Counties in Washington, and throughout Idaho.
Graduate Engineer – Ian C. Ehrsam, M.S.
Ian is a graduate of University of Idaho, receiving a master’s degree in Materials Science and Engineering. Ian’s field experience includes a variety of disciplines within Civil and Materials Engineering. Between developing a skill set through field work and assistant research at the University of Idaho, Ian has working experience in a mix of professional environments, including working as a general contractor in heavy construction. His background in corrosion research has provided him with foundational knowledge in processing and testing materials in accordance with approved standards, especially for concrete, corrosion and water systems.
Project Engineer – David E. Cooper, P.E.
David has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the California State University of Sacramento and holds a Professional Engineer license in Idaho. He graduated in 2011 and has 10 years of engineering consulting experience in the water/wastewater civil engineering industry. He also has an additional 4 years of experience in the government and municipal engineering sectors via student engineering internships.
David has extensive experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, use of aerial and ground surveys, grading, cut/fill and basin volume determinations, 1D/2D hydraulic modeling, river and floodplain computer modeling, reservoir failure simulations and mapping, FEMA CLOMRs and LOMRs, hydrologic and hydraulic studies for bridge replacement projects, and has done many drainage studies for new developments.
Civil Designer – Jackson M. Willeford, B.A.
Jackson graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Liberal Studies. He worked as a traffic control designer and manager in San Diego, CA and utilized AutoCAD to draw traffic control designs. In 2022, he moved to North Idaho to work for 7B Engineering, where he has designed and inspected many projects.
